Tool recycling

Community treeCycle volunteers collect tools from individuals and from Perth and Kinross Council Recycling Centres in Perth, preventing them from going to landfill.

These tools are then either
  • passed onto a charity called Tools for Self Reliance,
  • donated to a social enterprise in Dundee called SCRAPantics who runs a community tool library
  • donated to local community garden groups,
  • or sold at community fund raising events for Alyth Scouts.
If you have tools to donate, or wish to help as a volunteer, please contact Clive.
