Community treeCycle is a registered Community Interest Company, and as a social enterprise we aim to give back to our local community by:

Specifically engaging with unemployed local young people to offer work and training opportunities in partnership with SCVO, Community Job Scotland, Perth and Kinross Council, and Job Centre Plus.

Offering volunteering opportunities for local people and corporate groups in local woodlands

Running woodland crafts activities for local community groups and mental health groups

Supporting Alyth Hill Users Group to create and manage paths and tracks on Alyth Community woodland and Alyth Hill and help organise and run community events.

Run the local Tools for Self Reliance group, collecting unwanted hand tools, refurbishing them and either sending them to Africa for new business start up or offering them to local community groups. If you have tools to donate please get in touch.
